I'm Kuldeep, a Forward Deployed Engineer at UnifyApps. I sit with customers, understand how their business actually runs, and ship the agentic AI workflows, integrations and automations that make it run better.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer at UnifyApps, my job is to close the gap between what a platform can do and what a customer needs it to do. That means running discovery with stakeholders, scoping the right solution, building it hands-on, and staying with it until it is live and delivering value.
My background is in AI & Machine Learning (B.Tech CSE-AIML, JIET Jodhpur) and full-stack web development. I've trained in Agentic AI with LinuxWorld Informatics and enjoy building systems where LLM agents, APIs and data come together to automate real work.
I care about clear communication, fast iteration, and leaving every customer with something that actually works.
Forward deployed engineering is equal parts consulting and building. This is the loop I run on every engagement.
Work directly with customer teams to map their processes, systems and pain points, and define what success looks like.
Translate requirements into solution architecture: data flows, integrations, agent behaviour and guardrails.
Ship agentic AI workflows, API integrations and automations on UnifyApps, writing custom code where the platform needs it.
Take solutions to production, monitor them, gather feedback and feed product insights back to the core team.
